What insurances do you accept?

We are proud to accept private pay and ALTCS.

Do you offer short-term rehabilitation?

No. We do offer Respite Assisted Living from two weeks to one month.

What is your visitor policy?

At Verde Valley Assisted Living we believe that family and friends play a critical role in our residents’ emotional and physical well-being. Visiting hours are not restricted, but after hours you may call in advance to ensure access into facility. Call us for the most current, detailed information regarding available visitation options.

When will the doctor see me?

You can use any doctor you choose. Just set up an appointment as you normally would with the provider of your choice.

How often will I have therapy?

Home Health is available with a doctor’s order and can come see you at the community.

How long is a typical stay?

We offer aging in place for those that are not medically complex beyond our scope of practice.

Are activities available?

We offer daily activities for a wide variety of interests. For your convenience, there is an activity calendar posted in your room. Please contact the Activities Director for additional information.

What is your dining program like?

At Verde Valley Assisted Living we’re proud to offer a full-service dining program with menus designed by the residents and dietary department.

Do I need to bring in my medications?

Yes, please bring any medications you currently use.

What type of clothing items should I bring?

We encourage you to bring a pair of comfortable shoes and at least fourteen days worth of comfortable clothing including weather appropriate attire.

Can I bring personal belongings?

Yes! We encourage you to bring personal items such as family photos, blankets, and decorative items. Anything that will help make your stay more comfortable. For the behavior unit we do have a list of items that can and cannot be on the units.

How do you protect patients, staff, and visitors from COVID-19 and other infectious diseases?

Our team is highly trained and experienced in caring for high-acuity patients and infectious diseases like COVID-19. Our dedicated infection prevention nurse helps ensure we follow current infection prevention guidelines and best practices. This includes educating all staff about the appropriate use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as N95 masks, surgical masks, gloves, and gowns and when to use COVID-19 protocols required by local department of public health and/or the CDC.
